Having spent nearly 10 years, this year, employed as an Independent Mortgage & Insurance Adviser I decided to set up my own business. 

I pride myself on giving a 1st class service.  I have not received one complaint in 10 years! Hence the name 1st Mortgage Services! Please read my client Testimonials to see just how happy my clients are with the service I provide. 

Buying a house whether it be your first, second, tenth time is always extremely stressful.  Knowing that you have a Mortgage Adviser that will support you through the process from start to finish will ease majority of the stress for you.  You chose which service you would like from me. 

The Basic Service - An initial consultation is arranged to assess your current circumstances and future plans.  You will then receive advice & a recommendation of the cheapest and most suitable mortgage.  I will apply for the mortgage for you on your behalf.  I will chase the mortgage company until the offer is produced.  You will then arrange the completion of your mortgage.  For this service No Fee is charged I will receive commission from the lender. However if you would prefer to pay a fee and all commission refunded to yourselves then I will charge an arrangement fee of 0.5% of the mortgage amount.  However most of my clients prefer the No Fee option for this service.

The 1st Class Service - If you feel you need more support than the basic service, then the 1st Class Service option I provide is ideal for you.  You receive the same service as above, however, I also take over dealing with Estate Agents for you and your Solicitors.  I update you on a weekly basis by letter,text or phone.  To be honest it is usually more than this as communication is extremely important in the mortgage process.

I update the Estate Agents and Solicitors on a weekly basis.  By doing this you will only hear from me, one person.  I will arrange completion of the purchase/re-mortgage from start to finish in the time you wish to complete.  By using this service, any worries you have about the whole moving/re-mortgaging process tends to disappear!  

To use the 1st Class Service I charge an up front fee of £150 this is in addition to the usual commission/fee of the basic service provided.  The fee charged is for the extra work involved and I GUARANTEE if you are not happy with the service I provide, you will receive a full refund.
